WR: Rule 63 Wacky Races 3

This one was fairly easy, since I knew which direction I wanted to take it.

So, here's Ruthie Ruffcut and her beaver Woodchip. ^_^

I wanted to keep Ruthie looking fairly rough and masculine looking thanks to Rufus' own career as a lumberjack. I gave her earthier colors for her outfit and freckles as a parallel to Rufus' stubble. Woodchip has much lighter colors than Sawtooth to give her a bit more femininity.
