The Magma Wastelands still keeps bubbling and brewing with lava, even with the hottest members of it are cooled down. The Living Flames die down to sleepy embers as they tuck down into the earth to sleep. And it’s not just the critters of the hot habitat that find themselves asleep right now, too. The Mixels need their rest, too…

Flain might be hot stuff, but even he has to cool down for the night. What presented at first as a smart and cool Mixel was now tucked into a two-piece long-sleeved pajama set. It was light yellow with orange stripes…almost like his flames that were now snuffed by a matching nightcap that poked out his prongs, letting smoke simmer through. Two orange slippers were tucked right next to his bed, ready for the next morning. The only sounds in his room now came from his deep breathing through a CPAP mask, which also provided a calming white noise, lulling the leader to an even deeper and calmer sleep.

In Vulk’s corner of nighttime, he finds himself in a safe haven. He wears a long pink nightshirt with white details and a thick matching nightcap covering his kitty cat ears. And speaking of kitty cat, he has a friend he sleeps with. Her name is Missy Purrpants, a little brown cat doll with bright green eyes, and she stays safe, and unburned, in Vulk’s warm hands. Just like how Vulk is feeling safe and warm thanks to her.

Zorch on the other hand, almost seems to sleep like he lives when awake. In a sweat-drenched yellow undershirt with orange-and-maroon-striped boxer shorts and gym socks sticking to him, he wears the covers hastily thrown off his body halfway as his body lies lopsided on his bed, kicking every so often. He’s lucky he has his own bed. Sleepovers must be a pain.
